My
intensive exploration of the sacred, spiritual, psychological,
emotional and ritual aspects of Eros, D/s, BDSM, Tantra, Quodoshka
and others, as well as my personal work and training in shadow
work, conscious movement, touch and ritual pratices, has led me
to the path of Erotic guide, mentor, coach and healer. My intention
is to help you honor and encourage what is true for you, sexually
and otherwise.
Within
the safety of a discreet, private, comforatble setting, the dark
or hidden aspects of your personal Eros can be called forth in
a way that can be physically, emotionally and spiritually transforming.
This may require exploration of the "gatekeepers", the
parts of you that have held your authentic Eros in check. Some
of our work together may include considering how these gatekeepers
- judgments ("this is immoral, dangerous, sick or disgusting"
), shadows ( denial, sneaking behind a partner's back, sexual
addictions, compulsive behaviors), and emotional wounds we might
carry ("I'm not attractive, sexy, worthy") effect getting
what you truly desire.
Before
scheduling a session, we would do an initial interview (in-person
or by phone) to discuss your intention, desires, fears, experience,
and soft and hard boundaries. I will also answer any and all questions.
From there we would work together to outline an opening in-person
session and schedule a time together. Sessions usually range from
1.5 to 3 hours.

Our
sessions together may include straightforward compassionate, nonjudgmental
discussion and supportive guidance; techniques to deeply relax
you and get you connected to your body; exploration of the fears
and self-judgments that have held your Eros back; and specific,
safe, negotiated explorations of what you desire. The processes
used may include Tantric oriented body work, conscious movement,
shadow work, strategic planning to help you get to your goals,
and specific "scenes", negotiated

Discussion
Discreet,
confidential, compassionate, nonjudgmental, straightforward talk
and questions, about any aspect of Eros and issues and conflicts

Tantra
A
Tantra session begins with getting present. We would take some
moments to sit quietly and just breathe. Long slow conscious breaths,
to slow everything down. The intention
at this stage is to help you drop out of your head, stories, judgments,
self-judgments, fear, shame, compulsions...all the external issues
and concerns that keep you distracted, disembodied and not fully
present. From here we can begin the journey into sacred Eros through
touch, breathe and meditation on the sacred aspects of your erotic
soul. The intent is to channel the desires and experience of Eros
from the lower chakras and raise them up and through the crown
chakra. This experience illuminates, energizes and relaxes the
whole body by transforming raw sexual energy into a sacred, sensual,
erotic, full-body and soul experience. The outcome can be to fully
release all tension in the body and relish the pleasure of erotic
fulfillment sans stories, fantasies and compulsions in the mind.
Bodywork
I am an intuitive body worker. I do a form of sensual, deep, penetrating,
full-body contact massage. This will include use of hands and
fingers, forearms, shins, chest and torso, in a gliding, stretching,
counter-stretching, massaging motion that creates deep connection
and presence within your own body.
This
helps to reduce “dis-ease” in your body and you can
begin to feel how good it can be to just be in your body in a
relaxed, aware state. It is healthy to give yourself a respite
from all the stories, worries, fears, compulsions that may have
been keeping you spinning in your head (disconnected from your
body) before you began the session.
Another
aspect is working in specific areas of the body that may have
been identified as a place where you hold the emotions that have
not been allowed to express. Emotions express thru the body. There
are thousands of physical gestures related to emotional expression.
They involve muscular contraction or tension. A smile for instance,
or a frown. When we hold back or try to hide emotion, we use counter-muscular
tension to hold at bay the muscles that are used to express the
emotion. The emotion gets literally stuck between these two muscular
tensions and accumulates with every episode. We feel knots, aches,
tightness in the chest, abdomen, shoulders, jaw and other places.
These tensions may have been with you for decades.
There
can be a lot of benefit to your physical and emotional well-being
from pressure and touch that can physically break up and move
these stored tensions into a state of release and relief. It is
not unusual or unexpected for the emotion to release as well,
in the form of tears, shuddering, angry gestures and other body
analogs of the emotion.
Movement
Conscious
movement of the body dissolves the stories and distractions that
keep you stuck in your head.
Most
of us have never received any guidance about being present in
and moving in our bodies. Some of us are very athletic and graceful
in certain ways, but have not experienced the full capability
of the body from a place of awareness and intention. Others feel
awkward, uncomfortable and disconnected from their bodies in all,
or particular situations.
Conscious
movement helps you find your own natural physical expression,
your personal dance so to speak, the way your body was personally
designed to move. It can be a practice that develops into a form
of personal yoga. You can learn to become conscious, when you
move a certain way, of tensions or restraint you may be feeling
in some part of the body. You learn to sense how to compress or
stretch your movements into or away from those points in the body
to bring release and flexibility.
I
support you by offering guidance and observation and moving with
you. Together we create a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere to allow
your natural movement to begin to come into your body. Sometimes
this movement will be solo or it can also be movement done in
tandem with me.
Connecting
with, releasing tension and getting more comfortable in your body
is the outcome.
Shadow
Work
The
shadows are protectors that formed when we were young and show
up in your present life and relationships in ways that hide or
protect other parts of you. These operate at the unconscious level.
They can lead you to be out of integrity, be irresponsible, secretive,
passive-aggressive or aggressive, damaging your relationship to
yourself and others important to you. These can be triggered by
situations and things that look like, sound like, feel like something
similar to what brought the protector to life in the first place.
A protector persona might be aloof, hot-headed, compulsive, shut-down,
needy, cruel, confused and many others. It is protecting a part
of you that at a vulnerable time in life was traumatized, abandoned,
unloved or terrified in some way. The protector is determined
to keep that from happening again. While it does protect a vulnerable
part of you, and came about for good reason, at the time, it is
also a double edged sword. The armor it creates around your vulnerable
places keeps things from getting in, but also blocks your ability
to get out. To grow and mature. You get stuck in patterns in your
relationships, career, and sexuality that repeat themselves over
and over.
Shadow
work is an intensive, experiential, ritual process that safely
explores the origins of these shadows to bring them into conscious
awareness and begin resolution to the unresolved emotions that
the shadow is holding back.

Strategic
Action Plan
Walk
your talk. I support you to create a detailed action plan that
points you toward your goals step by step, timelines and all.
This involves creating the long term goal and the weekly aspects
you want to include in your action plan. I will help you be accountable
to the agreements you make with yourself.

Submission
I
welcome those just starting out and those more experienced in
their exploration, who would enjoy a safe, compassionate, mentor-oriented
haven for their personal growth in the protocols of being a service
submissive in a D/s context.
The
other aspect is in exploration of BDSM, which can include various
levels of bondage, impact toys such as floggers and whips, psychological
Dominance, punishment, humiliation, embodying of specific personas,
use of plugs, probes, clamps and anything that can be done safely.
My
training process for submissives is focused on a safely paced
exploration of your desires. In this context, you are in ultimate
control. We start in your comfort zone. From there, you set boundaries,
pace, stop to ask questions. You will be given safe-words to use
to stop any activity at any time.
Surrender
and release of control occurs organically as the levels of trust
unfold. Within your boundaries, I work to help you fully embody
your submission in tone, emotion, act and intensity.
Domination
I
can mentor you in finding and drawing out your natural Dominant
style. There is no one way, but there is your way. It is about
learning to embody this aspect of you to the fullest extent. In
some cases, I can provide a submissive for assistance in teaching
the dynamics of psychological control and safe play techniques
and practices, or you may include your own submissive.
I
can also mentor you in how to be more successful in attracting
play partners or the submissive partner of your dreams.
While
there are distinct differences between male and female Doms, many
of the dynamics and protocols of power exchange are the same for
either gender.
D/s
Couples
If
you are new to this path or want to deepen your current experience,
I offer coaching in the dynamics of power exchange and ritual
BDSM for couples. I hold space for you both to express your desires
and at times your fears of being in an intimate D/s relationship.
I can help you work through the inevitable conflicts that can
arise in taking this path, and show you how to use ritual to take
intimacy and connection to deeper levels and restore your core
intention, when the relationship may have veered off the intended
path.
As
you choose, various play styles, toys, bondage and other practices
are offered to expand and explore what you enjoy together.
My
fees are $65/hr for discussion, body work, conscious movement,
shadow work, to $100/hr for negotiated BDSM or Fetish oriented
scenes. I am negotiable on my fees to be considerate of your financial
reality. Sessions can be arranged to occur via email, phone or
